Principles

The Berlin Finance Initiative (BFI) is a project of BFI International GmbH.

As an economic policy initiative, the Berlin Finance Initiative promotes the concerns of its members. As companies, these are based or have offices in the Berlin-Brandenburg metropolitan region or, as representatives of regional politics, companies or authorities, have a responsibility for the corresponding economic area. The task of the Berlin Finance Initiative is to promote Berlin as a financial and technology center with the aim of working together with all stakeholders towards sustainable economic development that is committed to the UN Sustainable Development Goals, ecological, social and good corporate governance. In this respect, it is a dialog and contact partner for state politics, the media, associations and interested members of the public. Every BFI member recognizes the validity of these principles.
